General Terms and Conditions for the Contract "Membership with payment by direct debit"

Payment by direct debit is a service. In the event that your bank rejects this request, the entire amount is due immediately. The banking costs incurred due to the rejection will also be added, or 13 Euros.

This contract is effective from the date it is signed and will remain valid until payment of the total amount owed.

The customer is bound to inform us of any bank or residence change of address at least one month in advance.

A 12 month contract renewed by tacit agreement unless cancelled via recorded delivery at least 2 months prior to the end of the membership. The company Riviera Loisirs reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of a disagreement, the Customer will be able to cancel their membership within one month of the modification.
